Using our own financial resources, we prepare and submit the planning application. Our in house team handles all the necessary paperwork and liaises with local authorities to ensure a smooth approval process.
Approval
Upon receiving planning permission, we work very quickly to move things forward with our reliable and established exit partners. This may include any necessary site preparation and enhancements requested, but we will ensure we get the best possible deal for your land/property.
Completion
Once all is agreed, we manage the completion process, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently. Our clients receive their share of the proceeds, concluding a successful project.
